Kinetic Engineers has been formed to focus on the design and delivery of sustainable buildings with low environmental impact, on which we can offer design advice on the use of active and passive design features including external and internal shading devices, glazing, built form, orientation, material selection, and building services design. Initially we started off in Gateshead but now also have an office within Leeds.

Kinetic Engineers are a mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering company.
Purpose and role of the M&E engineers in the design process
Our role on this project will be to provide M&E consultancy duties along with the design of any sustainable systems and technologies such as ground source heat pumps and solar water heating etc. We would be producing design drawings and specifications detailing the M&E services along with production of Energy usage calculations and a sustainability report for the use of low and zero carbon systems. As part of our M&E consultancy duties we would undertake the design of heating and ventilation systems, air conditioning, incoming power, lighting and fire alarms systems as well as the complex security systems which a project of this type would require.
